Preparation Instructions:
I received this Thai chili fish sauce recipe from Olga of New Bern North Carolina. To get the recipe rolling, please take out an adequately sized sealable mixing bowl, and then add in the Thai fish sauce, minced fresh Serrano chile pepper, chopped green onions, diced fresh cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice, minced garlic, and crushed fresh ginger root. For the next step, please take out a metal whisk and briskly stir all of these delicious ingredients together until your fish sauce is evenly mixed. Moving along, next place a lid on your mixing bowl, and then slide the fish sauce into the refrigerator to chill for approximately two to four hours. Chilling your fish sauce will allow the flavors to blend together, and it will also sharpen the spiciness quite a bit. That concludes this recipe, we are happy that we are able to share it with you. We hope that you come back again soon for another visit, as we plan to publish many more shrimp and seafood recipes.
