Many thanks to Gosia of Senatobia Mississippi for allowing us to publish her tempura dipping sauce recipe. To begin the recipe, please take out a small saucepan. Next add the water to the pan, and then bring it to a gentle rolling boil. Once your water is boiling, add in the Dashi fish soup stock granules, and stir it until it completely dissolves, which should take about two minutes. Next remove the saucepan from the stove, and then stir in the Takara Mirin cooking sake and soy sauce. Once your sauce is even and consistent in color, then it is ready to serve. This dipping sauce it great with shrimp and fish. We hope you enjoyed this recipe. Please be sure to add us to your favorites list, so that you can come back again and visit us in the very near future.
