I would like to thank Sonia from Pulaski Tennessee for letting us publish this Asian style sweet and sour dipping sauce recipe, which obviously goes great with shrimp and seafood. To begin this recipe you will first need to take out a saucepan, and then add in the tomato ketchup, pure cornstarch, pure black sesame oil, distilled white vinegar, fresh pineapple juice, coarse ground black pepper, dark brown sugar, and fine ground kosher salt. Heat these ingredients over medium heat, then take out a metal whisk and stir the sauce continually while it heats. Once all of the sugar has fully dissolved, and the sauce is rich and even in color, you can turn off the burner. Serve this dipping sauce either hot or cold. I made this sauce to accompany some homemade deep fried breaded shrimp, and it was fit for the gods. Thanks again for stopping by, please don't forget to add us to your favorites list, as we have many more recipes planned for the near future.
