Many thanks to Dorothy of Mission Beach Washington for submitting this amazing quick seafood pasta sauce recipe. To begin first you will need to take out a medium size nonstick cooking skillet. Add in the diced Vidalia onions and butter, cooking them over medium heat until the onions are nice and tender. Next add in the white wine, and let it simmer uncovered in the skillet for three minutes. Next add in the Pace medium chunky salsa, chopped green chilies, and lime juice, then whisk the ingredients together until the sauce is smooth and even. Once the sauce is done, add in the shrimp, bay scallops, and parmesan cheese. Stir these new ingredients into the sauce, and then let them simmer until the seafood becomes opaque. You are now ready to pour the sauce over a variety of different types of pasta. We hope you enjoy this recipe.
